Unpleasant experience in trying to exchange a gift 2012-05-15
I was gifted a dress for my daughter which was bought from the Palladium Mall - Zara store that has been referred.
As it was a gift the size unfortunately was small and I had come into the same store to exchange for a bigger size.
On the onset I was first directed from the kids section manager to speak to the head cashier.
When I went to the cashier, he first asked me for the bill. As it was a gift I didn't have the receipt. After 10 minutes of discussion the cashier said that if I can get a picture of the bill they can help. Fortunately was able to get a scanned copy of the same... read more -

cheating 2012-02-18
i was buying a tee shirt with a price tag on it but when i went to the counter was told it was more than the price tag. I asked to see the manager and the assistant tried to take the tag off. The manager came and also said it wasn't the right price and took the tag off.Anywhere else in the world the price on it is the price you pay. yet another form of cheating the customer in Mumbai,,,,,,,,,,,,,, enough siad -

Zara, the international fashion brand, finally opened its first outlet here in Mumbai at the Palladium Mall. The sprawling store is spread over the ground and first level of the mall; the women's section is on the ground and half of the first level and the men's and children's section remain on the first level. The store is totally spacey even for all its many racks and displays of clothes.
