Thank you very much for your feedback.From the above, we are given to understand your main issues lie with our room service.
We, as the management, cannot change the location of the resort.In fact,our regular patrons wish to escape to a deserted location, and thus choose Zoia.As we do not have the jurisdiction,we can only put up as many signs as exist currently.But to make up for that,all travelers can call the reception to get accurate directions.

First, we are not looking to justify anything; we are looking to graciously accept your feedback such that we can improve and provide better service to you, if you wish to return, or to other patrons.
Second, did you utilize the spa and did you receive your therapy in the room, the picture of which you have posted? If yes, then again we apologize profusely, as that room is used for storage and not actually therapy. Never has the storage room been used to give actual spa sessions, so this is surprising for us.
