Defines the term misleading 2011-11-14
Us group of friends visited Zoia Resort and Spa for a day’s trip. I didn’t go via recommendation but I was impressed by how good the '3/4' resort seemed on the website. On my first call the rate for a day’s stay (including 3 meals and a standard room) cost 800 which I negotiated to 700. My comments below will give you a summary of how our stay there was like:-
What’s good:-
1. The resort is relatively empty on Sunday so we had most amenities to ourselves
2. Food is passable

we four couples were very excited to go to zoia as we had a package & the amount was paid in advance
the outer look the rooms is a disaster ...its jst not good for families & pls pls dont be bluffed by there web site
last but not the least
i only recommend truck drivers to to have a blast there... cheers -

Rejuvenation Guaranteed 2011-01-10
I have been to Zoia Resorts with friends several times and each time has been one to remember. The resort is set against a beautiful backdrop of hills and has a huge swimming pool too. The rooms are extremely spacious, neat and the service also has been par excellence. Great homemade quality food, does not feel like hotel or resort food, which is a brilliant thing. Anybody looking to getaway for a weekend and bored of the same old Lonavala, Khandala or Pune, do visit Zoia. -

Home away from Home 2010-05-14
I have been to Zoia Resorts in Panvel on 2-3 occassions- with the aim of getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city and allowing myself a few days of relaxation and fresh air. Zoia offers that and more- the accomodation is simple, neat and clean- one has the option of staying in the quaint bungalows or renting out rooms/suites, both of which are good options. A room with a view 2010-05-03
I traveled with friends for an extended weekend. A beautiful resort with where the cottages are separate and are scattered within the compound. Very well maintained rooms with neat bathrooms.They have a good restaurant attached.
I recommend this for value packages. -

Thank you very much for your feedback.From the above, we are given to understand your main issues lie with our room service.
We, as the management, cannot change the location of the resort.In fact,our regular patrons wish to escape to a deserted location, and thus choose Zoia.As we do not have the jurisdiction,we can only put up as many signs as exist currently.But to make up for that,all travelers can call the reception to get accurate directions.

First, we are not looking to justify anything; we are looking to graciously accept your feedback such that we can improve and provide better service to you, if you wish to return, or to other patrons.
Second, did you utilize the spa and did you receive your therapy in the room, the picture of which you have posted? If yes, then again we apologize profusely, as that room is used for storage and not actually therapy. Never has the storage room been used to give actual spa sessions, so this is surprising for us.
