Great brews and good food

During the summers I visited the place quite often for the Mango cider. I'm not a beer person, so I stick to Apple Cider not that Mango's no longer in season. However, Hefe Weizen is something that you shouldn't miss.
The food overall is spicy, apt for the brews. I love to much on the House Fries that come with five south-Indian inspired dips. The menu overall has quite a lot of south Indian flavours.
The Chicken skewers, Kerala pepper prawns, Chicken Ghree roast are all worth the money and taste great.
The large plates are perfect for a group of 4-5.
The taproom has other great additions too. It's pet friendly, has plug points at each table that makes it apt to work out of. It has several books and board games, so you know you can head here with a group and have a fun time.
The place is always full, which obviously shows how amazing it is!
One of the few breweries I like.

Tapping it

Pune's finest has opened next door and finally we managed to get their after a week-long wait. After 7 pm in the evening, this place is buzzing with beer enthusiast and how. Although, we are not beer drinkers but still wanted to know what the whole noise is all about. We reached at 11 pm last night and had to wait for 20 mins to get a table. As people just refuse to leave. The place is really lively and full of energy. It is small but they have managed to make the most of the it. Super casual seating a mix of benches, regular and high bar table & chairs. Shelves on the wall have board games, they refer to them as bored games and rows of 500 ml beer mugs pre-purchased with respective name tags.

We ordered a pitcher of Hefe Weizen, felt fresh, light and was extremely refreshing after a long day. If I remember correctly it is dedicated to Rakhi Sawant, I wonder why. For food, we got House Fries, BBB and Kerala Pepper Prawns. Well where do I start, the house fries are served with five exquisite dips. My favourite dips were Green Ajika and Mango Salsa. Kerala Prawns were nice, soft and spicy served with strong curry leaf flavour. A Neer Dosa on the side and we were sorted, just kidding hahaha.

BBB stole the show, the batter was thin and crispy with a small tail hanging out added character to the dish. It was tender just melted in our mouth. I must compliment the chef on the side salad, fresh crispy with tangy mustardy flavour. Literally, finger licking dish.

The food menu is limited and am guessing other items will be equally good. The staff is well trained, polite and the service is prompt despite being packed. If I have to rate the place,

Food 4 out of 5
Quality 4 out of 5
Service 4 out of 5
Price 4 out of 5

Overall, 4 out of 5. Highly recommended place. I am definitely going back to try out the other stuff. The only downer was the table assigned to us, it was next to the men's loo. The whiff was not too appetizing every time the door opened.
