Flamboyante is located right inside the World Trade Center in Cuffe Parade. It has a very beautiful ambiance and is suitable for all occasions. Soothing and fully Air-conditioned. Khow Suey,Dim Sums and famous Pepperoni Pizza are surely not to be missed at this place. Mud pie-perfectly warm and chocolaty for a dessert. The staff is friendly and very non interfering. You wouldn't want to finish your meal and leave the place in a hurry.
This place has always been on my favourite list for the excellent ambience and quality food. They have a variety of cuisine to offer like Chinese, North indian, Lebanese, Italian, mexican, thai, chaats . Everything is scrumptious and well presented. The place provides numerous options for their Jain patrons too. Would recommend their Jade Rolls for spice lovers. The pizzas and pastas served are also very delicious. , Flamboyante gives you the kind of feeling, that you are in some exotic place.
When u you are not sure which Cuisine to go U should try multi Cuisine. FlameBoyant has multi cuisine menu with reasonable price. Full fledge Bar. This place is best known for brunch buffet which includes chats to salads to kebabs and Indian food to Italian and oriental and Burmese and South Indian cuisine as well.
It is quite light on your wallet as less as 670 bucks inclusive of taxes
The food is great here. The staff is ready with great recommendations. We have been here multiple times with family and friends and have never been disappointed. Also after the renovation, the place is looks even better. The service is good, menu is having many options to select from: Italian, Chinese, Punjabi and Thai. We had lot of mix varieties Burmese khaukswe, pizzas, pastas, risottos, paneer tikka and chole with amritsari kulcha are yummy. The Mud pie and tiramisu are amazing dessert options to end your perfect meal with.
They are a multi cuisine restaurant. The ambience was fairly casual, but the food was to die for !! excellent paneer tikka and khaosuey. The place is totally renovated with a 30 feet high sunroom ceiling and the the entire seating area is air-conditione. The open kitchen has been hidden from the public view which is a big plus for me from hygienic point of view. The pizzas are very good as are the kakori kebabs.
this place at WTC has an absolutely lovely ambiance and boy, is it huge. However, yet on many weekends, you might have to end up waiting for a table. earlier frequented for Hookah, after the ban, people go there now to enjoy to just sit back and enjoy some cocktails often with a live band. The drinks are good and served in unique glasses for e.g.: a nice pinacolada came in a funky coconut shell and a pineapple concoction in a half cut pineapple glass. Just adds to the charm of the place. When it comes to food, the place is pretty good. You gotta try the Indian maincourse as opposed to the Italian. They also have special party packages for bigger groups.

I've been coming here ever since the restaurant opened. The location is a bit of a turn off for many people. The beautiful large gulmohar tree after which the restaurant has been named is now no more :( The restaurant serves multi-cuisine fare, which is often a point of concern for me. However, I keep going back for their steamed dimsums (the prawn and chive ones are incredible), which are some of the best I've ever had. The Burmese Khowsuey is wonderful and is presented beautifully with generous toppings served on the side. The Indian food can be patchy sometimes, but the kebabs are great. Their Margarita pizza is pretty good too. They have a VFM lunch buffet during the week, which is recommended. Summers can get hot, since most of the restaurant is alfresco, so you can choose the ac section on humid days. The service has greatly improved over the years. A great spot for a large gathering of people with different tastes. A meal would two would be in the range of 1400-2400.
The annoying part of flamboyante is its location. It is located inside the world trade centre. It hardly has parking with weird entries and exits. The restrooms in the campus are a pain to visit. But it always makes me visit the place is because of its food. Flamboyante has this awesome pan asian cuisine. The Khao Suey is not a dish its a feast. Served in this large tray it comes with a lots of bowls in the tray. With all the ingredients. The curry comes in a live heating bowl and noodles at the centre of the tray. The make it yourself experience is awesome. The prices are on the higher side but you would expect that it being located in the trade centre in town.
My experience at this place was amazing. Ambience was quite good with families and couples around. The food was amazing, out of the dishes we ordered the Hummus Platter, Kandahari Paneer Tikka and Lahori Paneer were great to eat. But the stand out thing was the Mississippi Mud Pie which I loved a lot. The service was prompt with Ankit the waiter explaining us about the dishes and suggesting us the best to eat. Will go back to this place very soon.
