On a lazing weekend afternoon we headed to JW Cafe, Sahar for the famous Sunday Brunch, as we entered we were greeted by this enormously alluring space.. Day light was flooding in from the huge glass walls, giving the place a bright, cheerful and happy vibes..
We were more than pleased to see a special kids play area which reflects the hospitality to let the guests enjoy their meals over giggles and laughters, while the tiny tots have fun in the play area, where they are taken care by the appointed staff for the same.. This is the USP for the place..
We could actually see a few guest brimming wid happiness at the idea..
Coming to the brunch,
They have a colossal spread, of some lipsmacking dishes, varying from chaats to salads to kebabs to mains, and finally my favourite part of the buffet, the desserts..
To do justice to the brunch we atleast need to come here for 2-3 brunches, the spread is never ending..
Make your pick – Indian, Thai, Continental, sumptuous Thai Cuisine and delicately flavored Japanese dishes (Sushi counter), there is no end to the spread! In addition to a wide array of cuisines, this café also offers an open bar to live food stations to salad counters, chaat counter, to a live pasta counter, a live waffle counter that offers numerous toppings options and the largest dessert station in the city.
What we totally loved and recommend from the food spread,
~ We started with the Raj kachori and palak chat u just cant miss this appetising chaat counter..
~ Their take on the Som Tum, giving it a twist was potato rostii topped wid ratatouille, absolutely delectable..
~ Loved the live counter of Tawa Veg, absolutely zesty..
~ Paneer Makhani and Dal Makhani were equally good too..
~ This is the kind of food to have u licking ur lips..
Scrumptious ice-cream counter screaming "eat me" one of the finest textured ice creams perfectly flavoured and sweetened..
I cannot miss to mention the most indulging dessert counter, looked like its came out straight from some candy land fairytale, so cutely done, and luscious spread is to die for.. Superbly presented, this area absolutely won my heart, it got all my needed attention ☺☺☺..
The spread was vast and confusing, an absolute sugar rush. It would be injustice to mention any particular dessert from the array of mouthwatering desserts..
This is a very small description of the Ambrosial brunch we had at the JWCafe @Sahar Mumbai..
