In the wake of the recent judgement passed by the Supreme Court of India, regarding the restaurants serving alcohol within 500 metres of the highway, we'd suggest that you call the restaurants to ensure whether they serve alcohol before you visit. Thank you.
Due to the roll out of GST from 1st July 2017, prices as listed in the menu at restaurants may be subject to change. We request you to check with the restaurant for any change before dining out or ordering in.
Just had a good dinner at Hotel Bird Valley with a few of my ex-colleagues.
The food was good.
But the waiters are a bunch of cheaters. As soon as we ended our dinner session I fished out my wallet to pay by cash. The bill was Rs2884/- for which I placed 6 nos of 500 Rs note. I had counted 6 notes in front of 2 of my colleagues. After a while the waiter returns back claiming that I had placed 5 X Rs500 and 1XRs100/-. We were all taken into a surprise as we all had seen 6 X 500 Rs notes placed for payment. The cheater waiter, as expected claims that we had placed only 2600Rs and not 3000. Though the dinner started well, it ended up with such a disappointment. Be ware while you pay be cash or better pay be card.
