Ambiance: lovely Food: absolutely fantastic Service: great
What else...? They customize too! The best part eatmosphere to me is not what's on the menu but what they make for me on special request. I usually just walk in there, ignore the menu and ask the chef to 'surprise me', there hasn't been an instance yet when I haven't been surprised - in a very tasty way!
I can go here with friends, on a date, order from home, grab a quick bite while on the run or go there with parents.
A friend and I were *really* hungry and went to check out Eatmosphere with hopes of a good meal. I ordered a Tomato Basil Soup to start with and was asked if I wanted it in bread bowl. Having recently returned from the US where I greatly enjoyed soups in bread bowls, I enthusiastically said yes. When the soup arrived, I was so disappointed to find that it was served in a really small bread bowl that could only hold about 4-5 spoonfuls of soup. And the soup itself was a disaster! It was what is left behind in the sieve - pieces of tomato skin and seeds. Yuck. I immediately sent this back and asked her to replace it with what percolates below the sieve, and please serve this in a regular bowl. When this happened, the portion was normal but there was just no taste of basil. Just a watered down tomato broth with bits of dried, tasteless basil swimming in it. After this fiasco, we decided not to order anything more and headed for a burger to the nearby restaurant, Mega Bite...which was just delicious!
