Although the place serves decent (and, not more) and over-expensive food, the service and the arrogance are the major put-offs. So-called Directors (owners) of this place will frown upon if thali or a regular veg is ordered! Waiters are much more humble (while serving) than the owners (while taking the order). Last visit experience was the worst for the entire group (waiting time for almost 45 mins and arrogance from owners - 'again' and then no apologetic behaviour from the owners. And, hence, a lesson not to visit the place ever again. Other good places in the same lane will serve better purpose... read more -

This place has the worst customer service i have ever come across!! The bartenders (who need a lesson or two in customer service) are manerless and are not shy to get into an argument with the customers while the managers just stand aside hopelessly...I have been so disappointed by the service that there is nothing much to say about the place..Too bad that they take their customers for granted..Good luck to the guys who enjoy this place. -

Had a completely unsatisfying buffet experience at Mainland China's Bandra outpost. Priced at Rs.790 including taxes I opted for the veg stuff that included very average dim-sums, crispy potatoes and wishy washy stir fry.
Main course gravies were watery and not appetizing at all. The manager had to be reminded to replenish the main course dishes several times, there were people standing and eating in the buffet section like a wedding!
Dessert was almost wiped out and not replenished like the other dishes. For the money spent there are other better lunch options in the localit -

We decided to have a quiet lunch here on a Tuesday afternoon. The ambience is perfect, cosy and romantic. We called for a Heineken beer, Peach Iced Tea with their famous Buffet The total damage for a lavish lunch was steep but totally worth it.
All in all a wonderful experience, will definitely come again for the Chinese Personalized Buffet' -

this was the most pathetic tattoo place i ever visited. owner varsha desai is a effing bi*ch. she doesn't know how to talk to customers. for 5 pm appointment i reached 10 mins early and even then i was told you have to wait for at least an hour or may be more. she thinks she is doing some sort of obligation by providing her effing services. the place is effing small and one can not ever sit comfortably. she needs to put her acts together or jst shut her effing shop. I WILL URGE PEOPLE TO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. -
