    1. Very RUDE & IMPOLITE staff including Senior Doctors. If these Doctors r employed by so called Big Business Tycoons.... that definitely doesn't mean that they can talk to innocent people very harshly.....including patient.

    2. Above that treatments are also not very cheap..... So why shud one visit such hospital when few really good options r available in Mumbai wid similar treatment n cost. THEY DON'T TAKE PROPER CARE OF THE PATIENT.

    Recently visited the Serene Room spa on the recommendation of a friend.
    Seems hidden in Shalimar hotel, but its quite a find. Really happy with its exclusivity & impressed by Deepali, at the spa who personally attends to calls and pays attention to small details and requests.
    My aromatherapy was deeply relaxing. I didnt have to worry about the hygiene as i noticed everything seemed fresh and well maintained. Keen on trying other treatments. Some therapists are better than others. Value for money

    Have been to The Serene Spa Was spellbound by the Cleanliness, Bathroom layout and amenities and above all the professional Therapists. The management is very efficient and fixes your appointments over BBM messenger and like if you cant call.

    I have taken a package which turns out absolute Value for Money

    This is one of the nicer, classy places one can go to for a good time. The Swedish massage, honey & milk bath, wine bath & chocolate wrap are all good fun. There are 13 therapists and all of them give good professional massages, unlike the lame rubdowns at the downmarket parlors. My favorites are Bebo, Tina, Ruchi & Aashu.

    It's all very discrete & a fantastic place to unwind at. The rates are slightly higher for 90 minutes instead of 60 but well worth it. Most massages are Rs.1800/2500 and the bath treatments are ~10,000. Tip ~2000 for extras.

    I haven't experienced their nail art and hair cutting services but their pedicure and facial was a total 'no value for money'. The pedicurist was really atrocious in his work Cramped room for facial where there is no place for the practitioner to move around. For the amount they charge, the quality of work and execution is extremely poor.
