Good

Value for Money and more

This place is for 30+. Its quiet, its spacious and they serve really cheap house wine.

There's one-on-one happy hours till 9 pm.

The food quantity needs improvement. Also more Indian snacks please!!!

Kadamgiri Complex, Hanuman Road, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai

Excellent

Outstanding!!

Everything is awesome in this eatery. The food, the service, the seating and the location.

The Mutton Masala needs a special mention. Also the full fried Kapari Pompfret!!!

Its a place frequented by celebrities. I have bumped into Lata Mangeshkar, Kajol, Sohail Khan, Suresh Wadkar so far!!!

Go for it.

This place is partial to firangs!! I have been there just once and may not ever visit this place again.

They are so partial in seating, food, service, etc. that it sucks!!!

Excellent

Cult, what else!!

This is a cult place. Its has its own community of people who frequent it. Strictly for the ones who can stand and drink, since the place is always crowded.

The wired mesh...dish is cool!!

This is a beer place. Hard drinks may make you look passe!!

The fifth star is for the cult!!

Poor

I found a cockroach in my drink!

Angeethi is a good place. Food is also nice and the food quantity is excellent.

However, I had a nightmarish experience recently. I found a tiny cockroach in the Kesar drink I ordered. I found it only after I finished drinking it!!! The dead cockroach was floating inside the glass.

I immediately brought it to the notice of the steward who was serving me. He took it away and came back with an amazing response - "Sir, this is not cockroach but Olive seed"

Thereafter, they immediately offered me a 'FREE' kulfi. The fact that they did this was proof that it was indeed a 'cockroach' and not 'Olive seed'.

I am not the kinds who would create a scene and ask for a discount. But I did warn him that I will speak about it to everyone.

I have eaten at roadside dhabas all my live. So I was cool about the cockroach. It can happen. But the attitude of the staff was irritating.
