Excellent
So check this, 11:45 in the night on a sunday 3 of us are sitting around doing nothing (which could mean a lot to the right people, you know who you are) and end up deciding where to go for dinner, so eventually after much deliberation... land up here..
I must say, the tandoori chicken was so well made it blew my mind... perfectly cooked till the bone, crisp, yummy as hell, and the best part... lots of it!!
We ordered i think 2 full chickens, 3 Egg Bhurji, 2 Yellow Dal Fry, and countless.. and i mean countless tandoori roti's... some assortment of things to drink and had the most satisfying meal i have had in a long time.
Not badly priced too we (3 of us) ended paying around 330 Rs. each.
Service is good. I personally had no complaints.
Everyone seemed to be having a good time (including the waiters with the amount they watched us eat)
There were no words uttered after the meal for a long time..

Good
“Stay in, Eat Out” Its as simple as it sounds...
The Bombay Kitchen is exclusively a
Home-Delivery kitchen, they currently home deliver in the Girgaum-Chowpatty-Worli area, and plan to expand to Colaba-Bandra.
They are also the only place i know with a portable credit card machine. Which is all taken care of at Your doorstep.
The menu:
Asian (Chinese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai and Japanese). My Personal favorites:
Prawn Snowballs x 3
Tom Yum Soup,
Kaeng Phed Keh - slices of lamb cooked in red curry.
Tai Chin Chicken - 'stir fly chicken' in sweet bean chilli sauce, bamboo shoots, black mushrooms.
Thai curries are great too.
Continental:
Grilled Fish Fillet
Ravioli
Shepherds Pie
The Burgers are awesome if you are looking for a quick snack. A huge massive 'Amreekan' sized portion, with yummie fries just the way i like them, although i would love some more fries... (hint hint)
The All American Roast Beef Burger is the 'Awesome-est', juicy roast tenderloin filet, sautéed mushrooms, caramelised onions, a fried egg, chicken bacon and cheddar cheese.
There is a whole selection of sandwiches and pizzas too.
Each dish is about Rs. 200- 250, and its delivered in about 35-45 minutes, so if you are hungry then make sure you order quick.
Tends to be busy during the evenings / weekends and may take a bit longer, but well worth the wait.
Enjoy.

Good
cinnamon is a nice chilled out place, used to be cafe royal, below the Infamous HQ's, but now has been transformed into somthing that more people can be seen hanging out and enjoying themselves over a couple of drinks and some top class music.
although i have not tried most of the food there i know the Burger is not bad at all and the margarita pizza is absolutely yummy, nice generous amounts of cheeze that you have to fight with when you pull out a slice as it refuses to detach itsself from the rest of the pieces (yum), a bit small for my size, so i just ate 2. and let me tell you im not gonna stop. im gonna eat that damn pizza till it goes out of style.
music on the weekends is mainly electro house, played by a couple of excellent Dj's they hire on these special nights, and what music. absolutely fantastic. its not for the geentle souls as it gets nice and groovy and loud by the end of the night.
all in all. a great place to hang out...
cheers shashi, suved, sunny, rhitik.. a job well done!!

Good
first time last night...
but for sure not the last time...
ambience is fabulous.. once your in and on the deck you feel like your in a place somewhere in miami or something.. nice comfortable seating.. open to the sky... but only one really chill out loungy table to sit on for hours... beautifully made!!(should have more of those)
your other option is to be seated at more comfy tables inside the airconditioned section which is usually packed as the bombay heat as we all know is soooo mild!!
good long and big bar so its easier to get your drinks, and not have to struggle..
staff is attentive.. which is excellent and some of them even showed a good eye for detail...like this one chappie came and arranged something which kept getting bumped into...
as i have not eaten there yet i will save that for the next time im there...
but all in all definately a place to party in the nights... DJ Pearl was spinning some killer house tunes yesterday so it was a great place to be... and oh!! its a good sounding restaurant too...
definately a must to go to...

Average
golden dragon according to me is totally over-rated.
2 freinds and i went for lunch a couple of days ago..
restaurant was empty at 1:30 pm.
ordered starters - some dimsum and some other stuff which took around 20 minutes to arrive.. some of them you could not even call dim sum..
the service was slow and un attentive... i was seated at a non-smoking table and i lit up a ciggy unknowingly and they just let me smoke away..no questions asked untill i asked for an ashtray which is when they stopped me...
main course was slightly better.. the pomfret in the sweet black sauce is good but after a few bites it gets too sweet and just too much to handle.. the beef was decent.. and the noodles just like you get anywhere else...
i would think twice about going back there...
paid a hefty sum of money and got out...
whats with the LOPSIDED crockery anyways!!
