The Best Veg Food Ever!!!!!
Im a die hard chicken lover but like the ocaasional veg as well....We happened to enter this place quite by chance n had not even heard of it but the rumble of r stomachs was unstoppable.
I think it was teh best decision concerning food ever taken by us as this place - although in a very crowded area and very non descript - is an absolute topper.
our palak paneer was just right, the rotis were on par with my mums n the jeera rice was worth having plain.... the icing on the meal???? the yello dal tadka!!!!! plus dont u forget to try that paneer rdx (hehehe it does blow u out of ur mind by its taste) teh chilli corn and the various types of pararthas...
Also dnt forget to order the chaas with ur meal....Value for money would be an absoluet understatement....
Do go there and im sure teh food wont disappoint...

Im back after a loooonnngggg hiatus n i guess the team at burrp missed me :) gud to knw im remembered hehehehe...
oki now back to the task at hand, Samrat has been one of my fav places for veg food and i had gone there again recently but unfortunately on a sunday...nothing to complain on teh food front but just a wee bit more variety on the veggies in the guj thali pls...
however the service was real slow and we had to wait forever for the puris to arrive!!!! arrive they did but almost after r entire meal was over...taht kind of put us off...pls pull up ur socks guys, i knw ur busy but pls dont keep us waiting that long!!!! we need the puris with the food not after the food

To Die For Brownies!!!!
I agree wit all the reviews....this place has some of the most amazing desserts ever!!!! n i mean EVER!!!! try their chocolate brownies or any variations of their cheesecakes....Yummyyyy....just thinking about it makes my mouth water :)
We were trying to find ths place for a long time n finally stumbled upon it and trust me it was worth the wait :) the pastries and cakes and brownies are all so fresh that its hard to imagine they can come up with so many refills thru out the day...
Try it n stumble into pastry paradise and sweet heaven :)

Amazing Mawa Cakes and more....
If ur a lover of mawa cakes like i am then im sure this place wont disappoint u....The plain mawa cakes are just too amazing and besides that the chicken pattice are yummy as well...if ur looking for some hard core food then the restaurant wont disappoint u either!!!! the dal kebabs n caramel custard will make u come back for more...plus the old world irani charm makes this a place hard to resist....

Great Food + Great View!!!!!
Pleasantly surprised by the food and service of this restaurant.... The staff - very helpful...The view - superb(but only if u get a window table that overlooks the queens necklace)...The food - some of the best Indian and Mughlai that I have had ever!!!!
Although there are quite a few tables, they dont invade your space plus do ask the staff the best of teh day and try out some of the staff's suggestion of food....Im sure u wont be disappointed.....I sure wasnt!!!! :)
