Average

Fortunately Nice!

We discovered Fortune Cookie quite by accident. I had in mind to hunt for one of the other places I had so heard of when we spotted the big board announcing the existence of this chinese joints. In a little reckless, albeit adventurous spirit we decided to try it out!

Fortune cookie, is very oriental in its ambience, in fact, very reminiscent of oriental restaurants which boast of opium bars in the back. But if your overlook the failure at subtle elegance, the restautrant does boast of some really comfortable seating arrangements! High back cushioned chairs, which dont have you wriggling your butt in discomfort in less than a quarter of an hour!

The food served is well, indian chinese, but thoroughly relishable! The crispy fried vegetables in the sweet and spicey sauce were a real treat and had us looking forward to the main course.

The main course in itself was far from disappointing. While I will not go as far as to say it is the best chinese I have had so far, it definitely rates as good!

Go there some evening when you want to just unwind and be bothered about nothing in particular!

Good

Khaana Khazaana??!!!

There is no dearth of good food joints in Noida. Which is why the quest for excellence just gets tougher.

What makes eating out such a looked-forward to experience? Besides the food i.e... It is th eunobtrusive efficiency of service. Yellow Chilli boasts of an experienced and well-trained staff, who appear at your elbow just when you need them and leave you to enjoy your solitude with your companions the rest of the while. It is a very pleasant sensation indeed, when you dont have to interrupt conversations and strain your necks to catch the sight on the stewards around.

Besides the impeccable hospitality, the food charms you into a good mood. Be it the spread of papads with chutneys and pickles or the tantalizing kababs which leave no space for the main course.

But.. You MUST have the main course! It is good Indian food drenched in the richness of Indian spices cooked to perfection such that even everyday aloo tastes a little out of this world!

I guess Sanjeev Kapoor's expertise is reflected in the mouth-watering delicacies churned out by the kitchens of Yellow Chilli
