Excellent
I heard about this brand new ice cream parlor from a friend and I was quick to go check it out. I went to the one at Ghatkopar. I asked the guys behind the counter, looks like they have branches at Bandra and Matunga too.
Firstly, I really liked the way they've done up the place. It's very young and vibrant. They've done the interiors pretty well and play some really good music.
Their menu has a good selection of regular and low fat (VERY IMPORTANT!) ice cream mixes that they mix on a cold stone. I guess the concept is not brand new in Mumbai, but the ice cream tasted much better than the one I had at a similar place in south Mumbai.
I did not go for a fixed menu item. I made my own creation. I had a scoop of French Vanilla as the base and toppings as Gems and Brownie. My friend had a smoothie Hawaiin Surfer. I tasted that a bit. Though a little frothy, the taste was pretty good.
The staff was pretty friendly and professional. Though they were trying to get to terms with the huge summer crowd (post-dinner time), I guess they did a pretty good job of serving us in time.
I have had ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery in the US (big fan!!!), I think Hokey Pokey beats it!

Good
the big mistake we did was to get to the place at 10ish on Friday night. It was practically empty. It started filling up at 11 and was packed by midnight. Probably thats why the DJ played pretty boring music till 11 and then slightly better music till midnight.
One thing I didn't quite appreciate is that they had no bar stools. When I asked the bar tender if he could set us up with some bar stools, he gave me the lamest answer possible - we don't keep bar stools on a weekend.
The funny thing is he got onto playing hip hop at 1.30 when we were ready to leave the place. And even funnier, there was a line outside.
The drinks are alright. Please don't try the overly expensive fancy drinks. The one I was made to try was flaming lamborgini. It was overly expensive and totally impotent.
The crowd, as expected, was quite hip. I liked the place. I would have given it a 3.5.

Average
i have to give it up to lemon grass for good thai food. their red curry (veg) is the best i've had in bombay. but then, the bad service takes away some pleasure off of the good food.
we went there last evening (sunday) - 4 of us. the restaurant was packed. but there wasn't any waiting. we got a table in a reasonably decent time. however, the waiters look completely unorganized and demotivated. we had a total of 4-5 waiters serving and taking orders, in effect messing things up.
on almost 3 occasions, they brought us the same thing twice or brought the completely wrong thing. i don't know if they were distracted, not well paid, not well trained or what?!?! the owners definitely need to do their homework on that and get more professional staff.
too bad that i had to give it a 3/5 inspite of the food being good.

Good
Disclaimer: You better have an advance booking for a table. For the high bar stools, you could just walk in!
We went here for out marriage anniversary. It started on a not-so-good note when I called them on a Thursday evening for reservation. I was quite confident I would get it. But the lady on the other side said they were completely sold out. Then I had to use the contact of the head chef who assured us he would accomodate us.
So we sat on the bar stools, which was not bad after all! We were welcomed by the chef and in general treated very well by the entire staff. The ambience of the place is great!
We had all vegetarian food. I had a tom yum soup, we shared a pad thai and red curry. The quantity was pretty decent for the two of us. We didn't try any appetizers though. We loved the Pad Thai. We thought the red curry was not as authentic as we would have liked it.
Our waiter Naved was nice and friendly. He was proactive in giving us suggestions, which we both appreciated. We were really looking forward to having sticky rice with mango as dessert. Unfortunately, they don't have it. It seems they've discontinued it after renovation. So he offered us another dessert (don't remember the name) it had chestnuts in coconut milk. We found it extra extra sweet.
All in all, we had a good time!

Awful
I went with my friends to Asia Wok last month after reading the reviews on burrp - all excited. We tried calling the place for reservation on our way there - no response. We thought because its a Sunday, they might not be picking phones.
We got there. They even have a board outside Shoppers' Stop for Asia Wok. We got to the 6th floor and asked someone for Asia Wok. He said the place is closed . So it was a bummer.
I would request the burrp team to update the site when a restaurant has gone out of service.
