it was one thing to get plastic pieces in the pizza, but its criminal to insist that each ecoupon has to be printed every time a pizza is ordered. haven't they heard that wasting paper is NOT ecofriendly? And what do you get when you complain? a replacement pizza with the claim that the plastic piece could have never originated from their outlet !! Well I have photos to prove it !!
And why are they eco-unfriendly, they gave me talk about their auditors wanting it. Well, I am an auditor and I know that e-documents are valid artifacts and they DO NOT have to be printed. -
